Julio Lazzarini
Julio has served as Executive Sous Chef at the prestigious Newport Mansions Food & Wine Festival and has cooked for dignitaries including President Bill Clinton, VP Joe Biden, and the Dalai Lama. He’s also been featured on Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, and as a judge on The Great Food Truck Race.
Chantele
Chef Chantele’ is a certified chef, ServSafe Instructor, and exam proctor with more than a decade of experience in the culinary and foodservice industry. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia (Culinary Arts Diploma) and Bucks County Community College (Chef Apprentice Program, Associate of Arts).
Salvatore De Cristofaro
Born in province of Foggia, in the region Puglia, Italy, Chef Salvatore De Cristofaro began his
training in the culinary arts over 35 years ago, after he left Italy to move to the U.S. Arriving in the United States, Chef Salvatores first restaurant job was as the executive chef at Pavio's Restaurant International, in Philadelphia, PA.
Ed Covino
Covino created Bes’Dam Soup in the Spring of 2005 and has bring bringing smiles to family
dinner tables ever since! Ed has over 30 years of experience in Fine Dining, as well as an A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, and a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
Marcus Sumpter
Marcus found his passion for food and the culinary arts at a young age. He got his start cooking with his late father and grandmother in Philadelphia, Pa. While attending McCaskey high school he enrolled in the culinary program at Lancaster CTV . After graduating, he attended Le Cordon Bleu and Walnut Hill College , securing degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry.
