Chantele

Chef Chantele’ is a certified chef, ServSafe Instructor, and exam proctor with more than a decade of experience in the culinary and foodservice industry. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia (Culinary Arts Diploma) and Bucks County Community College (Chef Apprentice Program, Associate of Arts). In April 2018, she founded The Shrimp Factory LLC, where she continues to serve as CEO, combining her passion for food with her dedication to community impact. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in kitchens and organizations, always placing strong emphasis on food safety, compliance, and excellence.


At her core, Chef Chantele’ is guided by her relationship with God and values as a mother, chef, and mentor. She believes in empowering, educating, and employing others by sharing both her culinary expertise and her personal journey. With a heart for people and a commitment to raising food safety standards, she continues to inspire and equip others to succeed in both their professional and personal lives.
