It’s been 14 years, 3 months, and 1 week since “Chef Q” ventured to Philadelphia pursuing this amazing career in Culinary & Hospitality. Hey everybody, my name is “Quanise Pack a local chef from the Philadelphia area, serving experiences worth a lifetime.  Honestly, through the late nights and consistent burns I wouldn’t trade it for the world. My journey through food started at just the age of 5yrs old cooking “fried liver and onions” with my grandmother that started it all.  

Since 2012 I’ve been in various restaurants, such as “Steak 48” serving as a sous chef for quality control and appetizer station. During my journey as a dominant female chef, I faced plenty adversity denying my skill set to be just as great. I turned that energy into ammunition starting my own catering company called “Unqui Creationz Catering”, focusing on high quality, introducing new ingredients, and lifetime memories through private dining experiences!  

Serving people food isn’t just a feeling but truly an experience to see other palates be intrigued by flavors and plated presentations.
