Shucking oysters changed my life. From the countless opportunities to work along side great chefs and mentors in their kitchen to representing Philly in the U.S. National shucking competition. I never thought I would come this far to be able to share my passion with you. Doctor Oyster started from a video of me commuting with oysters on the subway yelling “free oyster” and now is a luxurious mobile raw bar. I’m so proud that my hobby turned into my identity.
